Ronson Gears has great pleasure in announcing the appointment of Gavin New to the new role of General Manager.

Gavin is third generation of family at Ronson Gears and is key to the company’s succession plan. He is a graduate with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and started his career at Network TEN in Melbourne.
He joined Ronson Gears in 2003 and continued studies that will be of immense help in his new role. Acquiring greater knowledge in Gear Manufacturing Technology, International Business, Leadership and Strategy Execution. In addition, he has attended Project Management Courses at the invitation of Boeing, Lockheed Martin and is a member of the Future of Manufacturing Roundtable with the South East Business Network.
The new role includes responsibility for the company’s commercial activities including marketing, sales and administration.
As Managing Director, Gordon New, makes the transition to retirement, more of his responsibilities will pass to Gavin.
For the future, Gavin wishes to continue to uphold the company’s values which will ensure Ronson will be here for its customers and employees for years to come.
