As a fellow Victorian-based company, and like ourselves devoted to precision engineering within the aviation sector, we would like to send our congratulations to Marand Precision Engineering for its achievement on the F-35 JSF program.
‘Marand has delivered its 50 conventional Take-off and Landing Vertical tails all to schedule and without a single customer quality issue.’ Said the Minister for Defence Industry, Christopher Pyne.
Quite an achievement on an aircraft that seems to defy the laws of physics – see the video below…
It helps validate the $1 billion in contracts to date that have been awarded to Australian industry and hopefully places us in pole position for more.
Another facet of the delivery was the international collaboration with BAE Systems Plc, underlining the importance of strengthening these international links and working relationships – a key objective of the recent international development work Ronson has focussed on.
