Ronson Gears is more than just gears!
We have a fully functional precision CNC machining department that produces components used in aerospace and defence assemblies, drill rig applications, actuator assemblies for waste trucks, assemblies for automatic doors and general machining work.
Capable of machining numerous materials our 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC lathes from Okuma, Mori Seiki, Mazak and Doosan can turn machined components from 4mm in diameter to 900mm in diameter.
We also house 2 x 4 axis vertical machining centres from Okuma with their maximum X, Y and Z range being 1000mm x 560mm x 457mm.
Further capability includes CNC cylindrical grinding, EDM wire cutting and CNC slotting.
