Josh Farrell of Manufacturers’ Monthly, interviewed Jasmine Riddle from JRS Group to learn more about how the company has gained a reputation of being ‘a beacon of modern manufacturing’. We thought it could prove ‘enlightening’ for other manufacturers too.

The interview tries to capture the sometimes unorthodox journey the company has travelled to arrive at where it is today.

The company now comprises three distinct sections; manufacturing, a new aerospace division and a skills academy.

The evolution they are making includes a $4 million expansion of their steel fabrication, CNC machining and industrial coating entity.

It’s a rapid rise from working in a cafe in Toowoomba to being COO of a rapidly expanding manufacturing group.
