Lockheed Martin will be supporting delivery of the Joint Air Battle Management System (JABMS). The system will combat increasingly advanced air missile threats and provide the Australian defence infrastructure with the ability to co-ordinate operational capabilities with allied partners.
What’s more, the project is a real Australian enterprise built from the ground up in Australia to strengthen our national security.
Lockheed Martin has validated more than 130 Australian small to medium enterprises as potential partners.
It has invested $100 million into AIR6500 and grown its sovereign workforce dedicated to the program.
So, not only will this project strengthen Australia’s air defences, it will also bolster our employment market and skill sets.
