RONSON GEARS AWARDED SIX NEW CONTRACTS WITH LOCKHEED MARTIN

In a significant move announced by Lockheed Martin Australia, Ronson Gears have been awarded a further 6 new contracts under its Global Supply Chain Program.

This underlines the faith Lockheed Martin has in Ronson Gears as it’s in addition to the five contracts subsequently awarded in 2019.

It is a validation and proof of the success in the delivery on these initial contracts that Lockheed Martin now seeks to extend the partnership and expand the role of Ronson Gears.

The contracts involve supplying a range of precision gear components and assemblies for both military and commercial satellite platforms.

We are proud of the statements made by Lockheed Martin and their expressions of confidence in our ability and product.

Lockheed Martin Australia’s Chief Executive, Warren McDonald, congratulated Ronson Gears on being awarded its milestone eleventh GSC Program contract.

“Ronson Gears’ continued success as part of the Lockheed Martin GSC Program is evidence of the world-class capabilities available in Australia to the space industry,” he said.

Chris Hess, Lockheed Martin Australia’s Head of Industrial Development, expanded on this.
“From the beginning of the relationship, Ronson Gears has shown the vision, fortitude and commitment to excellence required to compete globally.”
