We offer CONIFLEX straight tooth bevel gear and mitre gear cutting capacity, via our two Gleason 104 bevel gear generators. Super fast and accurate, they are Gleason Factory-qualified from Rochester, New York and can cut pitches from 1.25 Module.
Working alongside our Gleason machines are our Modul KONVOID machines, they provide additional flexibility, machine backup and increased capacity for our straight cut bevel gear production. Our Modul 500 bevel gear generator cuts bevel gears up to 500mm diameter.
